Q: What is the currency used in the pricing?
A: All prices stated are in Singapore dollars (exclusive of postage costs).


Q: How much is the postage for delivery in Singapore?
A: Normal local postage is free. Registered postage will be $2.30.


Q: How much is the postage for international shipping?
A: Postage depends on the country and the weight of the item. We will send the item by registered mail so that we can provide you with a tracking number. However, international shipping will be paid by the buyer.


Q: Will the item be bubble-wrapped?
A: Yes, all items will be bubble-wrapped to minimise any damage during the delivery.


Q: Do you do meet-up with customers?
A: Yes, but only at Jurong Point during selected times or at seller's convenience and Commonwealth MRT on weekdays afternoon. We are sorry that we are only able to meet up at selected locations.


Q: How do I pay for my item?
A: We accept Interbank Fund Transfer or ATM Bank Transfer from UOB and POSB for local orders or you can pay us during the meet-up. For international orders, we accept Paypal.


Q: How many times can I reuse my eyelashes?
A: Each pair of eyelashes can be worn 10-15 times or even longer depending on how you take care of the eyelashes.


Q: How do I put on the eyelashes?
A: You can refer to this Youtube video on how to wear fake eyelashes.

Q: How do I remove the eyelashes?
A: Dab some eye make-up remover on a cotton pad and prese it gently on your eyelid for a few seconds. The eyelash will come off. Clean the lashbone with a cotton bud or cotton pad dabbed with eye make-up remover. Do not peel the eyelashes from your eyelids.
